Well, a good weekend had at the track - three heats, 1st, 2nd, 1st resulting in a win for the day. My little car is doing incredibly well, and given that I drive to the track and drive home again after racing, says a lots for the build quality.
Yes, I have thrown it away - on several occasions, fortunately without any resulting damage. I must say that the recently added wing may look too much to some, but certainly has given me the confidence to push harder - to the point where I have improved my PB for this track by almost 1.4 seconds.

Congrats on the win, looks like a lot of fun! Any details on the car? Kit car I am assuming.

Yes indeed, kit car designed and built by my friend Craig Harper. A small factory in Cape Town, ZA.
The basis for the design is essentially an update on the evergreeen Lotus 7, but with quite a lot more room, and conceptualised to accomodate most any current FWDtrain.
DIY kits run around $18k complete, and turnkey ex-works around $23k depending on spec engine.
